Clams <br />5 Onions, finely chopped <br />10 Green chillies, finely chopped <br />1 tbsp. Ginger and garlic paste EACH <br />½ tsp. Turmeric powder <br />1 whole Coconut, grated <br />3 cups coriander, finely chopped <br />Salt, to taste <br />Juice of 1 lemon <br />5-6 tbsp. Oil <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Heat oil and add onions. Sauté them until they turn pink in colour. <br />2. Then add ginger and garlic paste, green chillies and sauté until the raw smell goes away. <br />3. Add the turmeric powder and mix well. <br />4. Add the clams and sauté for a minute. <br />5. Then add coconut, coriander and salt. Cook until the clams are done. <br />6.
